The incident occurred near Camp Creek Parkway in Fulton County at approximately 4:50 a.m., shutting down all lanes of the interstate for several hours.

Both injured officers were transported to a nearby hospital by Grady EMS. Although the extent of their injuries has not been disclosed, officials have described them as non-life-threatening.
The tractor-trailer driver has been cited for multiple violations, including driving too fast for conditions, violating the Move Over law, and prohibited lane usage on a multi-lane highway.
